We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Elementary Teacher (Grades K-2) who believes strong relationships, high expectations, and creative instruction empower students to thrive.

Position Overview

The Elementary Teacher plans and delivers high-quality, standards-based instruction while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. This position reports to the Elementary School Principal.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned to Arkansas academic standards (ELA, math, science, social studies)
  
   
• Integrate the arts through the Artful Learning® instructional model
  
   
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse academic, social, and emotional needs
  
   
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families
  
   
• Support students with IEPs, 504s, GT, ELL, and other learning needs
  
   

Classroom Leadership

• Establish a structured, respectful, and positive classroom culture
  
   
• Maintain clear expectations and effective classroom management
  
   
• Ensure student safety and well-being
